At LUXO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
